Refund Policy

Lesson bookings are made in advance, and time slots are reserved specifically for each student.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson will not be charged and may be rearranged subject to availability.

Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, or failure to attend a lesson without notice (no-show), will be charged at the full lesson rate. This includes situations where a student is unavailable, forgets the lesson, or experiences non-emergency technical issues. If the student does not attend the first 20 minutes of the lesson without notice the rest of the lesson will be forefirted and fully charged to protect the tutors time.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for
• late cancellations
• no-shows
• partially attended lessons

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion.

Tutor Cancellations

If a lesson is cancelled by me, the session will be rescheduled or a full refund will be provided.

Payment Method

Where payment details are saved, charges for late cancellations or no-shows may be processed using the saved payment method, in line with this policy.
